A word from the CEO
Dear and respected friends!
It gives me great joy and pleasure to introduce you to our newly designed web pages. Here you can find out again how much has been given from God to our island of Pag and to the people that live here, and how much has the man from Pag made from it...
These new web pages tell a story about that, but also say a lot about our brand new production plant for cheese, about the new "Paška sirana".
We are proud to say that our brand new cheese factory is celebrating a whole year of successful business on 2 September 2009. In a two story building with a size of more than 1.800 square meters, we set up brand new, most modern equipment for milk and cheese production, cheese curdling and storage. In its blueprint documents, necessary licenses, construction, supply and installation of equipment, high tech ecological equipment and purification devices, 30 million kunas was spent.
The new "Paška sirana" was built during 2008. It is the pride of every person from Pag, worker in the plant, and especially mine and of my work team. Our pride is even bigger because of the thousand year old fruits of labor from out ancestors, and now our own, that became an even more solid and known world brand, a product which is a symbol for quality, but also an association on Croatia, our Adriatic sea, and our country.

Many families from Pag, even from the time of Illyrians, have kept the island's traditions and the secrets of cheese production, today a delicacy, made from the fruits of nature that were given to us by the sea, the rocky environment and the pastures with their almost invisible biological communities.
Today "Paška sirana" produces more known and recognized brand products than ever, Pag cheese, a variety of other kinds of cheese, Pag dry curd cottage cheese, and Pag lamb and sheep meat. We have adopted and still are adopting new technologies, new pasture lands, hire new young employees, take care of our pasture lands and our environment, but firmly maintain our tradition, help and wish well for our community. If you cannot find the answers to your questions on this website, and you feel like find out the answers, feel free to contact us and ask us. We provided a place for your questions and will be happy to answer them.
