Acknowledgements, medals, awards, fairs

Pag cheese is the most awarded sheep cheese in Croatia and broader. Other kinds of cheese made by "Paška sirana" (Pramenko, Dalmatinac, Primorac, and Trapist) are also recipients of many gold, silver, and bronze medals and awards for quality in every exhibition and competition in the country and outside of it where they were presented.

Some of the latest awards:

International agricultural fair in Novi Sad held in 2008:

  • Gold medal for Pag cheese
  • Gold medal for Pramenko
  • Gold medal for Trapist
  • Big gold medal for Dalmatinac
  • Special acknowledgment for the program of high quality cheese that was rated.

  • Acknowledgment received in Bjelovar on the "17. International Bjelovar Autumn Fair", held 11 - 13 September 2009
  • Certificates from the "Novi Sad Fair", held 9 - 16 May 2009
